Digital Marketing & Sales Growth Intern (AI-Integrated)
Are you a high-energy communicator looking to sit at the intersection of traditional marketing, modern lead generation, and cutting-edge AI?
Master Printing + Mailing is looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Intern to help us bridge the gap between digital strategy and tangible sales growth. This isn't just a "social media" role—you will be an active engine in our business development process, working directly with our Marketing Specialist and our AI Consulting team.
The Logistics: We value results over a rigid clock. This position offers flexible scheduling with a range of 20–40 hours per week on-site, making it ideal for high-performers balancing a final semester or looking to dive headfirst into a full-time summer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Outreach: You will be the "tip of the spear," identifying potential clients and making outbound calls to introduce our integrated solutions.
AI Content Creation: Collaborate with our AI consulting team to leverage the latest generative tools (LLMs, image generators, etc.) to produce high-quality, high-volume marketing content.
Omni-Channel Execution: Build and deploy campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter), ensuring our digital presence matches our physical print excellence.
Direct-to-Digital Integration: Learn and implement "Phygital" marketing—technologies that bridge the gap between direct mail and digital tracking.
Sales Strategy: Keep the ultimate goal in mind—increasing revenue. You’ll track how your outreach and content convert into real business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
The Communicator: You are well-spoken, persuasive on the phone, and a sharp writer. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.
The Tech-Optimist: You are curious about AI and how it can be used to work smarter, not just harder.
The Go-Getter: You have a "positive mental attitude" (PMA) and don't wait for instructions—you see a gap and fill it.
The Strategist: You understand that marketing is only as good as the sales it generates.
The Technical Toolbox (Bonus Points)
We’d love to see candidates who bring some power user skills to the table. It’s a major plus if you have experience with:
Google Analytics: You know how to read the data to see what’s actually moving the needle.
Adobe Creative Suite: You have a baseline comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to polish our visual assets.
Social Media Mastery: You understand the nuances of platform algorithms and how to drive organic engagement.
