Processing Technician
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Processing Technician to support daily product processing and operational workflows. This role focuses on organizing, preparing, processing, and managing products for e-commerce, auctions, inventory, and order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate works efficiently, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and maintains accuracy while handling a high volume of items and tasks. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys structured work, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming products and merchandise for inventory, online listings, auctions, or shipment
- Sort, organize, label, and prepare items accurately and efficiently
- Assist with product intake, inspection, and quality checks
- Prepare and package orders for shipping and fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory areas, storage systems, and workspaces
- Support e-commerce and auction operations through accurate data entry and item processing
- Assist with photographing, categorizing, and staging products when needed
- Follow operational procedures and maintain attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflows
- Perform additional warehouse or operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, production, or processing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
- Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with e-commerce, shipping platforms, auctions, or inventory systems is a plus
