Creative Content Intern

Hudson Creative is seeking a Creative Content Intern to join our team as part of a 4-month training program designed to teach, mentor, and prepare outstanding interns for a full-time role and long-term career path. This internship is intended for recent college graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with less than 1 year of relevant experience who are excited for hands-on creative training and development within a fast-paced agency environment.

This role is ideal for highly creative, detail-oriented candidates who are passionate about visual storytelling, branding, social media, and digital design — especially within the restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.

Quick Facts:

  • Internship Period: 4 months during Spring/Summer 2026 (flexible start and end dates)
  • Location: NYC
  • Work policy: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at our midtown office (Grand Central)
  • Hours: Full-Time (9:00am - 5:30pm EST)
  • Compensation: $2,200/month stipend
  • Mentorship: Daily progress check-ins with your manager to ensure growth and successful completion of the internship
  • Reports to: Digital Marketing Director

What You’ll Do & Learn You’ll work alongside our creative and performance marketing teams to support real client campaigns across social media, paid advertising, content creation, and website design.

Design for Paid Media & Social

  • Design digital advertisements for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Create branded social media graphics, stories, reels assets, and promotional content
  • Support campaign creative development aligned with client goals and brand identity
  • Assist with concepting and visual brainstorming for launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Learn how creative performance impacts engagement, conversions, and campaign success

Website Design & Creative Support

  • Support website updates and design improvements across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and BentoBox
  • Assist with creating website banners, graphics, landing pages, and visual assets
  • Help QA website updates to ensure visual consistency and functionality
  • Gain exposure to UX/UI design principles and conversion-focused design thinking

Influencer & Content Production Support

  • Assist with sourcing and researching influencers, creators, and brand collaborators
  • Help coordinate influencer outreach, communication, and campaign organization ** Support photoshoots and content production days, including creative preparation and on-site assistance ** Participate in brainstorming sessions for social campaigns, partnerships, and creative activations

Creative Collaboration & Agency Exposure

  • Join internal meetings and creative reviews to observe strategy and campaign development
  • Work closely with designers, marketers, strategists, and account managers in a collaborative environment
  • Receive mentorship and feedback focused on both creative development and professional growth

Who You Are:

  • Recent graduates with a degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, visual arts, or a related field
  • Passionate about design, social media, and creative storytelling
  • Interested in hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle brands, and digital culture
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva
  • Photography, content creation, or social media experience is a plus
  • Prior internship, freelance, or personal creative portfolio work
