Customer Service Representative (Oakland, IN)
Purpose:
- Responsible for delivering best possible service in relation to billing inquiries,customer inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
Key Activities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, providing high-quality customer service.
- Problem Resolution: Identify, evaluate, and solve customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the customer service database.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Policy Adherence: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Training Participation: Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer service software and tools

Previous Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or related roles
- We are open to recent graduates with limited experience, as long as they have excellent Microsoft Office skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
