Construction Estimator

Poltech Inc. is a subcontractor providing full building enclosure services from roofing, exterior wall assemblies and structural steel.  We specialize in existing building rehabilitation & restoration, retrofit alterations, while also providing building enclosure services for new construction projects.  

As our projects have increased in the past few years we require a construction estimator who will analyze blueprints, specifications, and the project scope to calculate the total cost of labor, materials, and time for construction projects. They will prepare detailed budgets, bid proposals, and material takeoffs to ensure projects are financially viable.
