Koch Associate Program 2026-2027 

The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a professional development experience designed for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing policy challenges in more effective, principled ways. KAP equips associates with the tools, mindsets, and community to be effective policy leaders and advance the ideals of individual liberty and limited government. Associates spend one day each week engaging in leadership programming with Stand Together Fellowships staff, and the rest of the week, are working full-time at one of our many partner organizations: leading national think tanks and state policy institutes.

What You’ll Experience 

  • Full-time employment at one of our partner organizations doing impactful work in areas like the Economy, Education, Future of Work, Health Care and more. Choose from on-site, hybrid, or remote roles ranging from policy & legal research, communications & marketing, development & fundraising, program & project management and beyond. As such, we welcome candidates from all majors/disciplines, including those with advanced degrees
  • Mentorship from experienced leaders to develop your unique skills and work towards advancing your long-term goals 
  • Community-building with peers and our expansive network of 6,000+ alumni
  • Learning and applying the principles of Principle Based Management™ to maximize your contribution to your organization’s success, no matter your role to maximize your contribution to your organization’s success, no matter your role
