Overview
We are looking for a Business & Creative Associate who can take ideas and move them into reality—someone who naturally bridges vision with execution. You will work together directly with the Founder, Natalia Ordonez, Ambassador from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, and serial entrepreneur since 2009.
At Be Part of the Journey, we design highly curated travel experiences while continuously developing new concepts, partnerships, and brand initiatives, operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operations. It is a high-exposure position for someone interested in understanding how a modern, design-led travel business grows from the inside.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support conversations with prospective clients, helping identify needs, refine positioning, and uncover new opportunities
- Contribute to the creation of proposals, presentations, and pitch decks with both strategic clarity and aesthetic sensibility
- Coordinate and organize bespoke travel experiences, ensuring precision across timelines, suppliers, and client expectations
- Translate ideas into structured plans, workflows, and clear next steps
- Manage follow-ups, priorities, and multiple ongoing projects with strong attention to detail
- Assist in developing new concepts, partnerships, and business initiatives
- Act as a bridge between vision and execution—ensuring ideas are not only well thought, but effectively implemented
- Support internal organization, including CRM updates, documentation, and process optimization
Core Skills & Capabilities
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) — strong written and verbal communication in both languages is essential
- AI fluency — ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to increase efficiency, structure ideas, and enhance output quality (research, writing, organization, workflows)
- Strategic thinking — able to connect ideas with business objectives and translate them into actionable steps
- Project management — highly organized, able to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity or momentum
- Creative sensibility — strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand coherence
- Communication skills — clear, concise, and professional across internal and external interactions
- Attention to detail — especially when working on high-end, customized experiences.
- Travel experience - we work with 3,000 high-end suppliers in over 120 countries. Understanding travel logistics is key.
