Sales Representative

Focus Merch is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our growing team in the promotional merchandise industry.

We are a fashion-forward, woman-owned branding and global sourcing agency creating trend-driven merch for exciting brands and clients nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow client relationships
• Work with our internal team on merch ideas, presentations, and quotes
• Follow up on company-provided leads while also building your own pipeline
• Stay on top of trends in apparel, drinkware, tech, gifting, and branded merchandise

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and close business
• Promo industry experience is a plus, but not required
