Human Resources Intern
We are looking for a project-intern during the summer of 2026 to support the development of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Handbook. This will contain a number of OSHA-related policies and forms. This project would be ideal for students in Human Resources related degree programs. The position would receive direct supervision from our HR Generalist and interact with our Director of Administration and possibly functional leaders.
It is a relatively small project in that initial drafts of the policies and forms have been created and simply require formatting and organization, syncing new policies with other existing documents to eliminate any gaps and redundancies. In addition to the development of the handbook, we would want this person to work with our HR Generalist to develop a communication and training plan for our staff. The expected duration would be over a matter of 2-4 weeks and require only a few hours per week to complete. The final output would be a properly formatted, branded, handbook and supporting documents.
Essential skills would be attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. The work may be done remotely or on-site at our office in Springdale, AR. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Occasional meetings via Microsoft Teams to review materials may be required.
