REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION ▪ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (any additional science education is a major plus) ▪ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration ▪ Digital Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva) ▪ Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive desire to learn ▪ Specific understanding of developing and executing digital marketing initiatives including internet site organization/content, SEO, social media and on-line advertising to increase outreach to customers. ▪ Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills including experience giving effective presentations to both internal stakeholders and customers. ▪ Ability to influence and lead in the execution of the market strategy and tactics in small team oriented environment without having direct authority. ▪ Solid budgeting, business skills and metrics skills to understand the impacts of marketing programs on financial performance. RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Marketing Segment Management o Develop annual strategic marketing program and budget for the year inclusive of all tools i.e. e-marketing, print/advertising, strategic collaborations, trade shows/conferences, presentations, market research and sales support tools. Revise as needed. o Develop with senior management the branding tools for both the corporation and products within the portfolio, develop and refine look and slogans. Develop corporate customer presentations and refine as needed. o Evaluate the biopharmaceutical and life science healthcare market for new opportunities for existing products, potential new products, and corporate capabilities. Look for new potential opportunities involving adjacent markets such as regenerative medicine, upstream cell propagation and downstream protein purification. Develop a 5 year forecasts for current large customers and overall market. o Market Research: Analyze competitor products, services, and digital content to identify market trends. o Develop metrics on the performance of various marketing expenditures to best determine return on investment. ▪
Product Management
Understand the current product portfolio and quality requirements of customers to expand sales to existing customers and present to new customers.
Develop all sales presentations, print, and digital media to effectively promote. o
Lead all marketing activities related to new product development and launch, including all written and digital tools to effectively penetrate market.
Obtain knowledge of and monitor competitors selling activities, pricing and products, maintain competitor profiles and understand the strength and weaknesses of their offering.
▪ Digital Marketing Management/Content
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
Campaign Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events.
Content Creation: Draft copy for blog posts, newsletters, emails, and social media, ensuring brand consistency.
Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining databases.
Maintain and enhance the Pfanstiehl web site including structure, organization, content, site search and look. Ensure integration with web browsers utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) methods. o Integrate other digital tools into the Pfanstiehl digital experience including mobile apps and social media i.e. Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, etc.
Understand customer B2B requirements and e-commerce capabilities to integrate with customers enterprise systems and enhanced business convenience.
Analyze website performance including traffic trends, product/page interactions and driver trends to improve web experience. Create dashboards and metrics to present web performance.
Develop webinars and video content to build awareness, educate and leverage Pfanstiehl technical leadership position to reinforce current customers and generate leads for new customers.

Delivering on The Promise of Purity ▪ Sales Support o Maintain and develop existing customer profiles and potential new customer profiles, maintain digital contact and mail lists. o Ensure compliance and maintenance of Saleforce.com tool. Utilize tool to effectively communicate and transition sales activities. Create metrics and dashboards to monitor sales performance and customer behavior. o Oversee the sample program ensuring availability of samples and timely shipment. Follow-up on sample performance with potential new customers. o Provide qualified leads from trade show/conferences, print advertising, market research, sampling program, and web traffic to field sales team. o Maintain, upgrade and insure timely delivery of booth equipment and advertising materials to conferences, trade shows, and customer events. o Prepares sales sheets, webinars/videos, presentations, and other tools to supply sales force with impacting tools to maintain and develop new customers.
