About Us:

Aurum Ventures, Inc. is a local direct marketing and sales company based in St. Louis, MO, and is looking to add a new Entry-Level Account Manager to work with our local customer-facing sales team in the water distribution industry. With recent market growth, our representatives have been in high demand!

In this position:

The Entry-Level Account Manager will be responsible for representing the company and its clients with the utmost professionalism and respect. While speaking face-to-face with customers, this position will require the ability to problem-solve, handle sensitive customer information, market the most up-to-date client promotions, and process sales. The primary focus will be on building relationships with new and existing customers to explain client products and services, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Attending required training and in-office meetings
• Promote and market clients' products directly to customers
• Work in client retailers to provide in-person customer service
• Promote and advertise client products and services using up-to-date marketing materials
• Help to escalate product issues and problem-solve

Compensation:

• Base: This role offers a weekly, hourly guaranteed base pay.
• Commission Structure: Commission is uncapped and is paid weekly based on performance and compliance.
