Kitchen Prep/Line Cook 

This is a PAID on-the-job training position with the option to hire-on at the end of 6-8 weeks training period. 

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with food prep (chopping, portioning, assembling)
  • Support basic cooking and plating tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

What you’ll learn:

  • Kitchen fundamentals and prep techniques
  • Workflow and timing in a professional kitchen
