The Role (What You’ll Do)

As a Marketing Representative, you are the face of our franchise. You won't be stuck behind a desk; you’ll be in the field building a network of referral partners who trust SERVPRO® to handle their restoration needs.

  • Strategic Growth: Execute a daily marketing route to build relationships with insurance agents and property managers.
  • Community Leadership: Attend local networking events and lead "Lunch & Learns" to educate partners on our Emergency Ready Programs.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the liaison between our production team and our partners to ensure world-class service.
  • Goal Execution: Use CRM tools to track activity and meet monthly sales and referral targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Recent college graduates (Marketing, Business, or Communications) are encouraged to apply!
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and "people skills." You should enjoy meeting new people every day.
  • Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Attitude: A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
