Role Description

Irsaneous Interiors is seeking a full-time, on-site Studio Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our Fort Worth office. Our team operates on a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday).

This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced design environment. The Studio Coordinator & Social Media Manager will support the daily operations of the office while also leading the firm’s social media presence and brand communication efforts.

Working closely with the leadership and design teams, this individual will help maintain studio organization, coordinate administrative operations, create engaging digital content, and support the overall client and team experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a collaborative and creative design firm while gaining exposure to the commercial interiors industry.

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, social media, marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic content editing preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a client-facing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Interest in interior design, architecture, or creative industries preferred

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, scheduling, and studio coordination
  • Assist leadership team with calendar management and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate vendor communication, deliveries, and general office logistics
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
  • Assist with photography coordination, project updates, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials
  • Support client hospitality and overall office experience
  • Assist with event coordination, installations, and team activities as needed
