The role

You'll own daily content output across video, image, and social, and partner with the team on written assets (lifecycle email, blog, campaign copy). The bar is concept + execution: you bring the idea, storyboard or script it to a goal, and ship it. We're aiming to scale to 25–50+ videos/month, plus the written drip and blog cadence behind it.

 

You will:

  • Produce video as our primary content surface end to end: from ideation, scripting, and production
  • Run our social presence on X and stand up TikTok and YouTube as new channels
  • Contribute copy across lifecycle emails, blog posts, and major program launches
  • Bring out-of-the-box content experiments. If it could go viral in our world, you should be pitching it
  • Use AI tooling to enhance your ability to scale while maintaining brand voice and quality

 

Who you are

  • 1+ year of experience making content people actually share
  • Strong video portfolio (required), focused on short-form first, with a sense of timing, hook, and distribution
  • You're online you know what's going viral this week and why
  • You understand degen / trader culture. While you don't need to have worked at a crypto company, you understand the mentality and audience emotion.
  • You've experimented with AI tools in your workflow (be prepared to share examples)
  • You can write copy that sounds human, on-brand, and earns attention

 

Bonus

  • Existing audience or presence on X / TikTok / YouTube
  • You've traded assets onchain, and have felt the rush of hitting a 10x
