What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
  • Performance-based bonuses averaging $20,000 – $30,000 annually

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking attorneys who:

  • Hold an active Florida BAR license
  • Have 1–2+ years of attorney experience (immigration experience preferred)
  • Adapt quickly in dynamic environments and embrace change with a positive mindset
  • Are passionate about serving the immigrant community
  • Demonstrate strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Are fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
