Coordinator of operations - Remote position

What You'll Do:
• Call and follow up with inbound leads
• Build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Present pricing with support from management
• Schedule jobs and coordinate crews
• Manage communication between clients and field workers
• Order and verify materials for projects
• Track payments, job progress, and key updates
• Keep everything organized and moving forward
Position Details:
• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (includes 1-hour lunch)
• Must be available on Zoom during work hours
What We're Looking For:
• At least one of: customer service experience OR construction experience
• Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
• Confident on the phone and able to think on your feet
• Proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
