Entry Level Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an Entry Level Sales & Trainee Management Associate, you will begin your career by actively engaging with customers, generating leads, and supporting our sales operations. Through structured on-the-job training, you’ll learn essential sales principles and leadership skills with the opportunity to grow into a sales management role within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through outreach, customer interactions, and networking.
  • Engage potential and existing customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Support sales goals by meeting individual performance targets and contributing to team objectives.
  • Learn and apply sales strategies, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials, and performance tracking.
  • Participate in coaching, mentoring, and skills development sessions with senior leadership.
  • Help motivate and support newer team members as you grow into leadership responsibilities.

  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn CRM tools.
  • Preferred (but not required):
  • Coursework or interest in business, communications, marketing, or management.
  • Leadership role experience via clubs, teams, or volunteer work.
