Summary

Diamond Communications is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Strategic Partnerships Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in business analysis, strategy, and operations within a fast-paced industry.

In this role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic partnerships, business growth initiatives, reporting, presentations, and market analysis. You’ll also gain exposure to multiple operational and strategic areas of the business through hands-on experience and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market and competitive data related to wireless infrastructure assets and strategic partnerships 
• Support and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) 
• Develop presentations, reports, and analytical models for strategic initiatives 
• Assist with acquisition analysis, growth opportunity identification, and competitive assessments 
• Prepare reporting and updates for leadership on strategic initiatives and partnerships 
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives 
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree by date of hire 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

Preferred:

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team-oriented environment 
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
