Associate Attorney

Blair & Ramirez LLP is a plaintiff-side Personal Injury and Employment firm with an active litigation docket.

We are hiring a Litigation Attorney to focus on law & motion and case advancement in active litigation matters.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable drafting motions, managing deadlines, and driving cases forward through written advocacy.

What You Will Do

• Draft and oppose demurrers, motions to strike, and motions for summary judgment
• Conduct legal research and apply it to litigation strategy
• Prepare meet and confer correspondence
• Support case strategy through written advocacy
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules

Requirements

• 2+ years litigation experience
• Experience drafting or opposing motions
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Personal Injury and/or Employment experience preferred

• Base salary: Starting at $150,000 (DOE)
