About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven E-Commerce & Inventory Specialist to support and execute daily operations across our online sales channels. This is an entry-level role (0–2 years of experience) ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in e-commerce, inventory management, and digital operations.
This is a hands-on role with ownership across storefront management, Amazon operations, advertising, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Storefront Management
- Manage and maintain product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
- Ensure listing accuracy across pricing, content, and images
- Monitor account health and resolve issues with marketplace support
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices (titles, bullet points, keywords)
Amazon Seller Central & FBA Management
- Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central
- Monitor FBA inventory levels and maintain in-stock rates across all SKUs
- Plan and execute FBA replenishment based on sales trends, lead times, and forecasts
- Create and manage FBA shipment plans, labeling, and tracking
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and file reimbursements or claims when needed
- Track key metrics such as sell-through rate, stranded inventory, and account health
Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Conduct keyword research using Helium 10 to identify high-performing keywords and competitors
- Build, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Structure campaigns based on keyword targeting and product categories
- Optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, budget allocation, and keyword refinement
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, impressions, clicks, and conversions
Inventory & ERP Management
- Track and manage inventory across all sales channels using an ERP system (Odoo preferred)
- Maintain accurate SKU data, product information, and pricing
- Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning, including FBA
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Support
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping daily orders
- Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Support general warehouse organization and inventory handling
Returns & Issue Resolution
- Process returns and RMAs
- Inspect returned products and update inventory accordingly
- Resolve order issues, discrepancies, and customer-related concerns
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or a related field
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar tools preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills required (formulas, filtering, basic data analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Experience with Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or other platforms
- Exposure to warehouse operations or inventory management
- Basic understanding of digital advertising
