Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Our Entry Level Sales Manager will assist in overseeing the operations of the sales team, helping them achieve sales goals and targets
• Work alongside your team to ensure effective sales strategies are executed, with a focus on face-to-face sales interactions with customers in the field
• You will train, coach, and motivate your other sales team to improve their sales skills and performance to hit team KPI’s and targets
• Assist in tracking, identifying, and improving strategies to drive sales growth
• As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will contribute to setting and achieving team sales goals, ensuring that the team stays focused and motivated
• Communicate with fellow Entry Level Sales Managers to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction

Entry Level Sales Manager Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• A passion for sales and a strong desire to work in a face-to-face, customer-focused or sales environment is a must
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable transportation to get yourself to and from different field locations is mandatory in our Entry Level Sales Manager role
