About the Opportunity

NPI is growing our retail marketing and leadership development team and is currently hiring for an Entry-Level Management Training position.

This opportunity is designed for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in:

Our training program provides structured mentorship, daily coaching, and real-world business experience designed to develop future leaders within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations
• Engage directly with customers in a professional face-to-face environment
• Learn communication, marketing, and leadership fundamentals
• Participate in morning leadership and development meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Travel to local retail locations throughout the greater Columbia and surrounding Maryland areas
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and team support initiatives
• Build professional skills in sales, operations, leadership, and business management

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, coachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Able to attend in-person morning meetings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
