Role Overview

As a Business Development / Sales Associate at Feedall, you will serve as the “tip of the spear” for our sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to identify high-potential prospective clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious, motivated individuals looking to fast-track their career in professional sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking to identify and engage potential customers.

• Lead Qualification: Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to determine alignment with Feedall’s solutions and services.

• Meeting Coordination: Schedule discovery calls, introductory meetings, and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of prospect interactions, activities, and lead information within our CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Brand Representation: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by delivering a professional, energetic, and positive first impression of Feedall.

• Coachability: Individuals who welcome feedback, embrace continuous learning, and are eager to develop their sales and business development skills.

• Organization & Accountability: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Relationship Building: Confidence in connecting with decision-makers, overcoming objections professionally, and turning hesitation into opportunity through persistence and effective communication.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in customer-facing, sales, or business development roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
