Campus Director- WizAI

Signature Labs is a venture studio building AI-native applications. We are currently selecting 3 Campus Directors to lead the grassroots launch of our latest portfolio company: WizAI (https://getwizai.com/).

This is not a standard internship; it is an exclusive, long-term leadership mandate. As a Campus Director, you will be the sole gatekeeper for your university. You will be responsible for managing the student body's access, seeding the initial user base, and scaling an invite-only ecosystem across your entire campus.

Additional Context:

The Venture Studio Fellowship Unlike a traditional internship at a legacy corporation, our Directors are embedded directly into the "0-to-1" launch phase of our active portfolio. While your immediate deployment will be the WizAI launch, you are joining the broader Studio. As you prove your execution capabilities, you will gain exposure to our other active verticals, including dynamic media sharing, viral consumer social, and agile developer tools (SignatureLabs.org). We are a 100% remote company, allowing you to execute autonomously from your campus.

The Ideal Profile We are looking for operators who prefer shipping campaigns over sitting in meetings.

Institutional Leaders: You currently serve as the President, Vice President, or Founder of a major campus organization, business fraternity, or student government body.

The Gatekeeper: You have a demonstrated ability to mobilize large groups (500+) and understand how to engineer viral loops within closed, invite-only campus networks.

Execution Bias: You thrive in autonomous environments and have a demonstrable track record of starting projects, leading organizations, or building your own side hustles.

The Selection Process & Compensation We respect your time and do not believe in unpaid take-home interviews. We are looking for the top 1% of campus operators.

Phase 1 (The Paid Sprint): We will select the top 10 applicants for a fast-paced, 48-hour execution assessment to stress-test our servers and viral loop mechanics. You will be compensated via PayPal immediately upon completion of this trial, regardless of whether you are selected for the final role.

Phase 2 (The Director Role): This sprint serves as a direct competitive evaluation. The top 2 to 3 performers from the paid sprint will be officially onboarded as Campus Growth Directors.

Compensation: Directors receive a $400/month flat stipend, distributed in transparent $100 weekly tranches, plus additional performance-based bonuses tied directly to verified user acquisition milestones.
