Customer Service Representative

GEOGRAPHIC REGION: Applications out of the geographic region for this position will not be considered.
Candidates must currently reside in Miami-Dade or Broward County and/or be willing to commute to Downtown Miami for this in person role.
This role focuses on developing and maintaining client relations for a community of b2b finance customers, experience in Sales and Technology roles would be a benefit. Client discovery and ticket support are the scope of responsibilities.
Pay is Based on Experience/Profeciencies:
Position Open to Professionals paid on experience with salary range at $20-$95 per hr rate.
Students should also be aware that Internship status with Flexible Schedule and Visa service are also considered.
Commision based pay after salary pay is available for Sales minded professional.
Department transfers to a technology and data analyst role are also available after a probationary period- if you are a student looking to get hands on experience in IT and dev/sec/ops landscape.

communicating status information to clients in English
proof reading marketing content
data normalization
