Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Growth Marketing Intern to help scale Snowday’s reach and accelerate user growth across social, search, influencer, and community channels.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, growth marketing, content, and startup operations. Interns will help build and manage AI-assisted marketing workflows, develop growth experiments, support influencer campaigns, and create systems that scale content production and community engagement.

You’ll work directly with Snowday’s founders, growth team, and product team on real user acquisition initiatives. Interns will gain hands-on experience using AI tools and automation platforms to support marketing strategy, research, content generation, SEO, social media, and campaign analytics.

This is a highly hands-on startup role with significant ownership and real responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and manage AI-assisted marketing workflows and automations
  • Use AI tools to support content generation, research, SEO, and campaign optimization
  • Develop prompts and workflows for AI-powered growth and marketing systems
  • Identify and recruit student, parent, and educator influencers
  • Support influencer relationship management and campaign tracking
  • Assist with SEO research, keyword analysis, and content optimization
  • Help grow Snowday across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and other online communities
  • Analyze marketing performance data and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with product, data, and growth teams on user acquisition initiatives
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling


 

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interest in AI, startups, marketing, growth, education, or creator ecosystems
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, or similar platforms
  • Strong prompt engineering instincts and curiosity about AI-native workflows
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative, analytical, and highly proactive
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, or Discord communities
  • Interest in Marketing, Communications, Business, AI, Media, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
  • Bonus: experience with AEO/SEO tools, influencer marketing, content creation, analytics platforms, or social media growth
