Operations Manager

We are currently seeking to hire a recent graduate for an Operations Manager role within our firm. This position is ideal for someone with a background in business or a related field who is eager to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role within a professional legal environment.
The Operations Manager will support key administrative and operational functions of the firm while ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently across teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, people-driven environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:
- Monitoring daily operations and ensuring workflows are running efficiently across teams
- Assisting with onboarding processes, systems setup, and internal workflow management
- Coordinating across departments (legal teams, intake, and administrative staff) to keep operations aligned and moving forward
- Maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Identifying workflow gaps or inefficiencies and helping implement practical solutions
- Troubleshooting administrative or operational issues as they arise
- Supporting team communication by helping address day-to-day questions, workflow gaps, and operational friction
- Acting as a steady point of contact when team members are overwhelmed, helping prioritize tasks and keep work moving forward
- Communicating clearly and professionally in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
- Occasionally assisting with finance-related administrative tasks in coordination with the firm’s HR & Finance Manager
