Why This Internship
You work directly with the owner every single day. I will personally teach you the entire transaction lifecycle — how a signed contract becomes a closed deal — and the executive operations side of running a real business. You will be directly responsible for moving deals forward and keeping the company organized. You leave this internship understanding both how real estate transactions actually close and how a real founder runs the day-to-day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Run vendor research on every active deal — find three title companies, three soil scientists, three surveyors, etc., and bring back the cheapest option with full quotes.
- Make outbound calls to vendors (title companies, soil scientists, surveyors, county offices) to get quotes and timelines.
- Help manage and organize the owner's inbox — triage, label, draft replies.
- Build and maintain SOPs for the work the company does repeatedly.
- Track active deals through due diligence and closing — make sure nothing slips.
- Support the owner on day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in college. Major doesn't matter.
- Highly organized — runs tasks to completion without being chased.
- Extreme attention to detail. Numbers, dates, names, vendor quotes — nothing falls through.
- Willing to learn. Coachable. Comfortable being told exactly how to improve.
- Strong written communication.
