Junior Operations/Project Manager
Role Description
- Create and manage job assignments and schedules.
- Communicate professionally with clients, especially property managers, via email.
- Ensure all job information is clearly documented and detailed for field technicians.
- Assist with sales orders and maintain accurate records.
- Understand and support invoicing processes and job documentation.
- Create MEPG (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas) as-builts using gold standard software. (Field-Wire, Autodesk, Bluebeam Revu, iFieldSmart, Plan Grid, Etc.)
- Coordinate sub-contractors remotely and on the field.
- Ensure construction projects meet budget, deadline, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish/English (Preferable).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Aptitude to lead by example.
