Inventory Management Intern (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Intern to support the launch and ongoing operation of a new inventory system across apartment locations in Arizona (Mesa and Phoenix). This is an excellent opportunity for a business-focused student or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and systems management.

No prior inventory experience is required—training will be provided.
Flexible schedule; must be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage inventory across multiple locations
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels
  • Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain organization of materials
  • Assist with the rollout and adoption of a new inventory management system
  • Monitor usage, identify discrepancies, and report issues
  • Coordinate inventory movement between teams or locations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering calls, maintaining files, and general office support
  • Assist with basic facility management, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of office spaces
  • Support financial tracking, including monitoring and recording expenses
  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and processes

 

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance; ability to travel between locations
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative
