Operations And Finance Director

Operations & Finance Director 

Intermountain Christian School is accepting applications for a full-time Operations & Finance Director. A senior leadership role overseeing finance, operations, facilities, transportation, compliance, and key support services for a Christ-centered school community.

This is an immediate opening, with an anticipated start date in late May or early June 2026. ICS is a vibrant and dynamic educational community committed to providing a Christ-centered, academically excellent education for students in grades PreK-12. 

The school is seeking an experienced, mission-minded leader who can combine strong financial stewardship with effective operational leadership. The Operations & Finance Director helps ensure that the school’s people, systems, and resources work together to support student learning, staff effectiveness, and the school’s Christian mission.

This position requires the applicant to profess faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and have a passion for Christian education.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business or non-profit administration, accounting, finance, operations, human resources, education administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial operations, bookkeeping oversight, office or school administration, human resources, or operational leadership required.
  • Experience supervising support personnel and coordinating multi-department workflows strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with financial and data systems, including spreadsheets, bookkeeping/accounting platforms, and common office technology required.
