Social Media Creator (Optional: startup intern experience)
We’re looking for students in the Bay Area or Los Angeles ONLY to 1) create short-form video content for Locale, a fast-growing meal delivery startup and 2) optionally, participate in social media management intern opportunities at a stealth startup. If you do not wish to participate in the internship portion, it will not affect your chances of being chosen and your job will be quite simple!
The main portion is a super low-effort, ongoing paid opportunity — you’ll simply receive a short brief/directions and film short videos on your phone, and our team will handle all editing, posting, and distribution.
You’ll be creating TikTok/Reels-style content like:
- Day-in-the-life clips
- Meal unboxings / reactions
- Simple lifestyle content
You're a good fit if:
- You're comfortable filming on camera
- You want free meals
- You have an interest in fitness, health, or lifestyle content
- You want to build your resume, portfolio or just want some easy, extra cash while in school
We provide ideas and direction — you just film and send the footage.
This is an ongoing opportunity, not a one-time gig. If it’s a good fit, you can continue working with us weekly.
If you’re interested, there’s also the option to get more involved and gain real startup experience (content strategy, social growth, etc.). Totally optional — you can also just stick to filming if you prefer.
