Title: Social Media + YouTube Growth Intern (Videography Focus)

What You’ll Do:
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Help develop and execute YouTube content (long-form + Shorts)
- Capture behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life style content
- Turn raw footage into clean, engaging edits with strong hooks
- Collaborate on content ideas that actually perform
- Help build a consistent posting rhythm across platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who understands what performs on social (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
- Comfortable filming and editing (iPhone is fine if you know how to use it well)
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Good taste and instincts for what looks clean and engaging
- Reliable, responsive, and moves fast
- Bonus: interest in real estate, entrepreneurship, or startups
