Claims Representative Trainee (Entry‑Level / Recent Graduates)

Catholic Mutual Group is the leading provider of insurance and risk‑management services for the Catholic Church across the U.S. and Canada. We’re seeking a Claims Representative Trainee to join our Claims team and start a long‑term career in insurance.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or soon‑to‑be graduates looking for a professional office environment, structured training, and clear career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of insurance claims adjusting through hands‑on training and mentorship
• Assist with reviewing and documenting insurance claims
• Communicate professionally with insureds and business partners by phone and email
• Learn claims systems, procedures, and best practices
• Rotate through different types of claims (property, liability, auto, workers’ comp)
• Build skills to progress into a full Claims Representative role

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or graduating soon)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems
• Internship, customer service, or office experience a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
