FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Greet clients, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and job-related communications
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative support
• Maintain filing systems, paperwork, invoices, and job documents
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
• Support project managers and office staff with clerical tasks
• Help coordinate office schedules, deliveries, and work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
