Recruit Riders Technology is seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and ML workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
  • Monitor and improve model performance over time
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
  • Experience with data visualization and data processing tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with SQL and big data tools
