Entry Level Recruiter
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruiting, and business operations.
You will play a key role in building high-energy sales teams while supporting the full hiring and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for entry level sales and marketing positions
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, professionalism, and culture fit
- Assist in building and developing high-performing, energetic sales teams
- Support onboarding by preparing new hires, confirming schedules, and ensuring completion of required documentation
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and recruiting goals
- Track recruiting metrics and contribute to improving hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
