This is a face-to-face, in-person role designed for ambitious individuals who want to learn the ropes of professional sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth. What You’ll Learn & Do (Responsibilities)

The Art of the Pitch: Learn to present and sell company products/services to a diverse range of new and existing customers.

Lead Generation: Gain hands-on experience prospecting and contacting potential clients within the Long Beach market.

Goal Setting: Work closely with mentors to reach sales targets and understand performance metrics.

Relationship Management: Master the ability to resolve customer inquiries and manage follow-up appointments to keep clients updated on latest developments.

Marketing Collateral: Help create and refine sales materials used in real-world client presentations.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

The Basics: Current student (Junior/Senior) or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

People First: You can build rapport quickly and enjoy face-to-face interaction.

Drive: You are deadline-oriented and have a "no task too small" attitude.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills (or a massive desire to learn them!).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms or a quick ability to learn new software.
