Entry Level Management Trainee ( On-Site)

44th Management is hiring driven students and recent graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer relations, and team leadership.

This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to build real-world skills after graduation and grow into a management role. You’ll work directly with customers and alongside a team to support day-to-day operations within our AT&T retail division—while learning how a business runs from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with customers in retail stores to help them explore, update, or enroll in AT&T services
  • Support account setup, service updates, and order processing from start to finish
  • Learn how to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve the customer experience
  • Assist with daily operations and team coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • Gain exposure to leadership, performance tracking, and business operations
