This program is designed for experienced business owners, previous or current directors, managers, and executives. If you are looking for a more entry-level starting point to work up to become an agency owner, apply for our Protege Insurance Agent position. 

Agency Owner Program - You will go through extensive training based out of our District office. This is a six-figure sales/ownership opportunity. Agents are eligible for an exterior signage bonus, a $5,000 office startup bonus, and one of the best compensation plans in the industry. Individuals with a history of project, director, manager, and operations experience may also be great candidates for this opportunity. Our Agency Owner program offers multiple bonus structures to help you grow and scale your business while helping to offset expenses.

What we are looking for:

  • Sales & management experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing the launch and growth of a new enterprise
  • Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
  • Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations
  • Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses, OR ability to obtain within 45 days

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
