Executive Operations & Brand Manager

Overview
High-tech & Luxury Real Estate company is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented, and growth-driven Executive Operations & Brand Manager to operate as the right hand to the Broker/Owner and handle the external marketing and internal operations of the brokerage.

This is not a traditional office manager or assistant role.

This position is responsible for owning the day-to-day operations of the business while also contributing to marketing, brand growth, and company expansion.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without being asked, and is comfortable balancing both structured operational work and creative, growth-focused responsibilities.

This Role Is Not For Everyone

This position is best suited for someone who:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Manage and execute social media content
  • Capture and create video/photo content
  • Assist with blog writing, SEO, and website updates
  • Design marketing materials and campaigns

2. Lead Generation & Systems

  • Track and manage lead flow from marketing channels
  • Implement CRM follow-ups and automation
  • Monitor marketing performance and engagement

3. Recruiting & Growth

  • Assist in identifying and connecting with agent recruits
  • Abilty to interview & network
  • Support onboarding and integration of new agents
  • Contribute ideas and execution toward company growth

4. Operations & Transaction Management

  • Manage all real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Ensure full compliance and accuracy across all files
  • Maintain CRM systems, internal sharepoint files, and documentation
  • Track deadlines, deposits, and commission payments
  • Support agents and ensure seamless deal execution

5. Administrative & Office Management

  • Maintain organized office systems and workflows
  • Manage company files, records, and financial coordination
  • Handle scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
  • Execute company-level errands and logistics as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative without constant oversight
  • Comfortable with both structure and creative work
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, social media, systems)

Experience

  • Must be extremely tech savvy. There is not time to train on how to use the internet, scan, use Quickbooks, google, AI, Meta, etc. If there are technical items that you do not immediatly understand, they can be taugh, but MUST be a fast learner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
  • Familiarity with office software including Microsoft, Docusign, Google, etc.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through calendar management, travel arrangements, HR, sales, and confidential correspondence.
  • Must be able to immediately take direction, jump to solutions, and multi-task.

Base Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000
  • Health Insurance Reimbursement (QSEHRA)
  • SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match
  • Annual Profit Sharing Bonus at 5% of company net profit
  • Lead generation bonuses
  • Social Media engagement bonuses
  • Recruiting bonuses ranging from $250 to $5,000 per agent
  • Development Bonuses
  • Real estate sales Options (80/20 split)
  • Real estate education and licensing reimbursement
