Salon Growth Associate

We are seeking a motivated business or marketing student to work directly with the owner of an established salon as we enter a new phase of growth and expansion. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience helping organize, manage, and grow a small business.

Responsibilities may include assisting with marketing efforts, social media content, client outreach, improving booking flow, and helping create more structure within daily operations. The role will also involve identifying opportunities to increase client traffic and overall business performance.

This position is ideal for a student who is proactive, organized, and interested in entrepreneurship or small business management. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, see how decisions impact real results, and play a meaningful role in the growth of the business.

This is a flexible, part-time, hybrid role (combination of on-site and remote work) with approximately 10–15 hours per week. Compensation includes hourly pay with opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to business growth
