Assistant Project Manager – ER Electric Corp (Larchmont, NY)

With over two decades of experience, we specialize in installations, repairs, and maintenance services, delivering above-and-beyond results to our clients in Westchester County and the surrounding areas.
Position: Assistant Project Manager
Location: 1385 Boston post road Larchmont NY 10538
Job Type: Assistant Project Manager (Full Time)
Compensation: $25 - $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review blueprints, specifications, and submittals
- Track material orders and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Assist in preparing RFIs, change orders, and project reports
- Monitor job progress and help identify potential issues early
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Support project closeout process (punch lists, final docs, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
