ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
I am a physician and healthcare executive serving a high-net-worth clientele with significant heart care needs. These clients are looking to relocate internationally or purchase second homes in health-optimized locations near top cardiac centers.
We are seeking licensed real estate professionals already based in Australia, UK, Canada, or Dubai who understand:
Luxury / accessible real estate (ADA-equivalent standards in each country)
Proximity to top heart hospitals and cardiac specialists
Health-optimized home features (air quality, temperature control, fall prevention, emergency response systems)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with affluent disabled clients (heart care patients) to find accessible, health-optimized homes
Source properties near top cardiac hospitals and emergency services
Understand local accessibility laws (DDA in UK/CA/AU, ADA-equivalent standards)
Coordinate with occupational therapists, home modification contractors, and local physicians
Assist with international or domestic relocation logistics
Negotiate purchases and manage closing in your local market
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required:
Active real estate license in your country (Australia, UK, Canada, or UAE/Dubai)
Already located in and authorized to work in that country
5+ years experience in residential real estate (luxury or medical-adjacent preferred)
Knowledge of accessibility requirements (wheelchair access, wide doorways, roll-in showers, elevators, etc.)
Strong empathy for clients with disabilities and chronic illness
Professionalism working with high-net-worth individuals
Preferred:
Accessibility / Aging-in-Place certification (equivalent to CAPS in your country)
Experience with cardiac patients or other chronic illness populations
Existing relationships with home modification contractors and medical equipment suppliers
Knowledge of local health system and top heart centers

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base Salary: $100,000 USD equivalent (local currency)
Commission: 1.5% – 3% per transaction
Estimated OTE: $100,000 – $250,000+ USD equivalent
