Amazon Marketplace Associate (FBA & FBM Operations)

Experience Level: 1–3 Years (Entry to Mid-Level)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Amazon Marketplace Associate to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business across both Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) channels. This role will be responsible for maintaining listings, managing inventory, optimizing product performance, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working inside Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central
  • Maintain and update product listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords, A+ content)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate FBA shipments and FBM stock
  • Create and manage FBA shipments, including labeling and reconciliation
  • Oversee FBM order processing, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking
  • Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
  • Respond to customer messages and manage reviews/feedback
  • Track product performance, sales trends, and key KPIs
  • Assist in pricing updates, promotions, and deal setup
  • Identify opportunities to improve listings, conversion rates, and overall performance

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA and/or FBM)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations
  • Experience with listing optimization (SEO, keywords, content)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, PPC)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and logistics coordination
  • Understanding of Amazon compliance and account health management
  • Experience in outdoor, optics, or consumer goods industry
