Position Summary:

Kaizen Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, planning, and oversight. The CFO will ensure financial stability, manage risk, and provide strategic insights to support sustainable growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with organizational goals
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Manage financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
Lead finance and accounting teams
Establish and maintain strong internal controls
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
8+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and compliance
Proven ability to drive financial strategy and organizational growth
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
