Real Estate Specialist


WE'RE HIRING: Real Estate Specialists – Affluent Disabled Clients (Heart Care)

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000+ per year (base + commission) + full benefits

Location: Remote / Various U.S. markets (high-access to medical infrastructure)

About the Opportunity
I am a physician and healthcare executive serving a high-net-worth clientele with significant heart care needs. These clients require homes that are:

Medically accessible (wheelchair-friendly, ADA compliant, or easily modifiable)

Located near top cardiac centers (hospitals, specialists, rehab facilities)

Designed for health optimization (air quality, temperature control, fall prevention, emergency response systems)

We are looking for licensed real estate agents who understand both luxury real estate and healthcare accessibility to help these clients buy homes and relocate safely.

Open Positions: 30 Real Estate Specialists
Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000+ (commission structure available for high performers)

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with affluent disabled clients (heart care patients) to understand their medical and lifestyle needs

Identify and source homes that meet accessibility requirements (single-story, wide doorways, roll-in showers, elevator-capable, etc.)

Ensure properties are located within reasonable distance to top heart hospitals, cardiologists, and emergency services

Coordinate with occupational therapists, home mod contractors, and physicians to validate home suitability

Negotiate purchases and manage closing process

Assist with relocation logistics (moving, home modifications, medical equipment setup)

Maintain a database of health-optimized properties across key medical hubs

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required:
Active real estate license in any U.S. state (multiple states a plus)

3+ years experience in residential real estate (luxury or medical-adjacent preferred)

Deep understanding of ADA home requirements and accessibility features

Strong empathy and patience for clients with disabilities

Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals (discretion, professionalism, white-glove service)

Preferred:
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification

Universal Design / Aging-in-Place certification (CAPS – Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist)

Experience working with cardiac patients or other chronic illness populations

Existing relationships with home modification contractors and medical equipment suppliers

Knowledge of key medical hubs (Houston TX, Cleveland OH, Rochester MN, Boston MA, Los Angeles CA, New York NY, Baltimore MD, Chicago IL)
