The Fresno County Assessor-Recorder's Office invites applications for the position of Senior Appraiser. Incumbents provide day-to-day supervision of staff responsible for conducting appraisals of real property for assessment purposes, including interviewing, selecting, training, assigning, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining subordinate staff. 

Candidates with experience using Megabyte systems are strongly encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system.

Experience: Three (3) years of full-time, paid work experience equivalent to that gained as an Appraiser with Fresno County.

License: Possession of a valid Class "C" driver's license, or equivalent.

Certificate: Possession of a valid Appraiser certificate issued by the State Board of Equalization.
