Entry Level Direct Marketing Associate

Full-Time | In-Person | Sacramento, CA

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Direct Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Sacramento. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll work inside retail locations, interacting directly with customers, representing service-based brands, and helping generate new business through face-to-face marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Engage with customers inside retail store environments
• Promote products and services in a clear and professional way
• Answer questions and provide accurate information to customers
• Generate leads and build interest in services
• Work with team members to hit daily and weekly goals
• Track interactions and maintain a high level of customer service
